Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what data LevelCar (levelcar.net and the LevelCar iOS app) collects, why, and how we protect it.

Data we collect

• Account: the email and name you provide at sign-up; the password is stored hashed.
• Service queries: the VIN/plate/link and search parameters you enter for market analysis.
• Technical data: IP address and country (derived from IP via Cloudflare), device type, version and request time — for reliability, security, abuse protection and aggregated usage analytics.

We do not collect data for tracking and do not share it with ad networks.

How we use data

To run your account, provide market analytics and checks, count your plan limit, security and support. Legal basis: performance of a contract (our terms) and your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) solely to operate the service. Public listings are used to compute market figures.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time: in the app via Profile → Delete account, or on the website in your account. After deletion personal data is anonymized and access is permanently revoked.

Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data, and withdraw consent. Requests: [email protected].

Children

The service is not intended for persons under 16.
